PLACE OF THE LAST HOPE
The pediatric neurosurgery clinic by professor Yuriy Orlov was built in 1950. From that time many parents come here with the last hope and pray to help their children because the other doctors say that they can do nothing. This clinic can take 40 patients. Here doctors make 3-4 difficult operations per day. All equipment is out of date. Our government doesn't give any financial support to them. Only some activists and volunteering organizations are supporting this clinic and people who are working there. The salaries of the anesthetists, surgeons and other medical staff are really tiny and absurd. But they continue to work and save the lives of many children.
